The Company’s main strategy for maximizing risk-adjusted returns is to acquire existing multifamily assets and improve those assets through value-add upgrade programs. The company maintains relationships with various service providers to implement and manage those value-add programs. In addition, the company maintains relationships with various debt providers, including banks and government sponsored enterprises like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to maximize lending term flexibility and minimize debt funding costs.
